Hi there! Thank you for sharing this resource with me! I've considered getting a dumbphone before because of the draw of my phone, but then I consider the fact that I partially need my phone for work purposes, so I don't think that would work out in the long term. Even still, it's a good idea for those who can afford to separate from the digital world.

Perhaps I could try to find some middle ground where I could make my smartphone into something kind of like a dumbphone (aka, deleting all the non-essential apps). That will take some dedication and willpower, but it's better than just giving up and not trying to do anything at all.
